Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 3 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please allow another day or two for custom orders.
During the holiday season, especially in the month of December, expect potential delays due to high holiday shipping requests at USPS and UPS.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free shipping is available for orders over $80.
Local Delivery
We may occasionally be at pop-up sales, fairs, or events in the greater San Francisco Bay Area. We’ll share information about those dates when they happen, and offer free pick-up at the event. If you don’t see anything on our site about an upcoming event, please feel free to email us at info@jonasjoy.com. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
We are working to offer international shipping, please check back for updates.
How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within the date noted on your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@jonasjoy.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Please be aware that some carriers do not ship to P.O. Boxes. You may need to add the street address for your P.O. Box in order to ship your order.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. Please see our Refund Policy for detailed information.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@jonasjoy.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
